The Service Provider's business is to make available to the User the Service Provider's offer and to enable the User to take, purchase and download ("Services") photos for official documents in digital form ("Products").
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms of service in full. Do not continue to use passportphotogenie.com website if you do not accept all of the terms of service stated on this page.
If you are not yet 18 years of age, you must also obtain the approval of your guardians before accepting these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms or you are not authorized to act as a party to this Agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of an entity you represent, you will not be entitled to use the passportphotogenie.com service.
We does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Site.
The powers and responsibilities of the Service Provider
- The Service Provider is obliged to provide the User with a Product that is free of defects and suitable for the intended use.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If for any reason you wish to cancel or claim Refund for your order, we will proceed with your request, if we find your request to be genuine inline with the following conditions

Please enter the order ID in the PayPal payment message so that we can find your payment transaction for support.
Some countries are very strict on passport photo requirements. Please consult the passport department before trying to make the passport photo yourself. We will do our best to make photos comply with most regulations. If the passport photos are not acceptable, you can email us at [email protected] with the official certificate. We will refund the fee we have charged for the service or provide a new photo for free.
Shipping policy
You can download your result photos in a digital format instantly after the payment. We will also send the result images to the email address you give on the order page right after the payment. If you didn't receive the email message, please look it up in your spam folder.
We do not ship photo prints at the moment.
